Pigeon Cay is located on Cat Island in the Bahamas, a 48 miles long, lush, and hilly island with warm inviting people. The site used to be home to a 10 room hotel that was open in 1968 which burned down in 1972. The property sat until the current owners Ned and Leslie bought it in 1992 and moved to Cat Island from Colorado in 1994. It took three years to clean up and rebuild the beginnings of the beach club.
